chose rare à Austin
Il a plu pendant 2 jours!?!!?!
Il est tombé 10 cm d'eau en moins de 48 heures.
Nous avons eu 2 heures de pannes d'électricité.
Ce n'était pas banal.
It rained for 2 days !?!!?
4 inches of water precipitated in les than 48 hours.
2 hours of black out.
Very unusual.

Les 80 ans de Luccia
Dans le post précédent, je prétendais que nos activités se répétaient annuellement. Et bien, pour me contre dire, le week end suivant, du 23 Mars, nous avons été invités à un anniversaire marquant, les 80 ans de Luccia.
In the previous post, I was writing that everything repeats itself on an annual basis. The following week end, I have been proved wrong. We were invited to a birthday party that we don't celebrate that often. It was the 80 years of Luccia.

Austin Rodeo, March 2013
Ça fait longtemps que nous avons posté des nouvelles. Il faut dire que nous terminons notre 3ième année à Austin. Les événements deviennent routines et nous nous étonnons un peu moins de ce qui nous arrive.
Donc les vacances de printemps sont terminées. Nous sommes allés au Rodeo d'Austin, dont voici la photo, avec une famille voisine et un copain de Noé.
It has been a long time I have posted some news in the blog. We are in our 3rd year in Austin, and the events, kind of come, back on a yearly basis. We are less and less surprised by things around us. Hence less pictures.
So spring break is over. We went in Austin Rodeo, where the picture has been taken, with a neighbor family and Noe's friend.

Ramasseur de balles
Noé a été invité, par son ami Lucca, à être ramasseur de balle de l'équipe 1 de foot (soccer) du lycée de Westlake. Ils se sont échauffés avec l'équipe, puis ont courus après les balles derrières les buts.
En récompense de leurs efforts, chaque joueur de l'équipe a signé leur ballon.
Noe was invited by his friend Lucca, to be ball boy for the soccer team A from Westlake high School. They warmed up with the team, then they ran after the balls behind the goals. To thanks them, all the players signed their soccer balls.
