Demi Marathon

J'ai couru un demi-marathon ce mois-ci. Ce fut un chalenge et j'espère en refaire un l'année prochaine. Si vous êtes sur Facebook, vous avez peut-être déjà vu les photos, mais les voici maintenant sur le blog. Mon temps : 1heure, 54 minutes et 39 secondes.
I ran a half marathon this month. The training, as well as the race, were a challenge, but I hope I will run another one next year.  If you are on Facebook, you already see the following pictures.
